As a mom I am always stressing about something - are the kids getting enough attention? Are they getting too much attention? Did they eat lunch? Was it healthy? Homework.. was it done? And add to that the house and husband. The stress can get to be overwhelming. But keep this in the back of your mind, and repeat as needed, you are doing enough. As long as you are doing your best and are present for your kids it's all they need. The dishes really can wait, it is OK to Google the answers to their homework, and chips and salsa can count as lunch once in a while. They are going to remember the experiences you shared and the jokes you laughed at.
