Crazy Pita hosts fundraiser to benefit Project 150

To celebrate the holiday season, Crazy Pita will participate in a paper icon sales campaign to benefit Project 150, a nonprofit that helps thousands of disadvantaged and displaced teens in southern Nevada. Guests can purchase paper icons for a minimum donation of $1 at any of the three Crazy Pita restaurant locations as a direct donation to Project 150.  

The campaign will run from Nov. 1 – Dec. 21, 2018 at all three Crazy Pita locations.

Crazy Pita is dedicated to supporting the communities in southern Nevada and partnering with local nonprofit organizations to help meet their specific needs, especially those that serve the youth in southern Nevada. Project 150 depends on the support of the community for funding, which allows them to provide services and supplies to homeless teenagers. All donations made to the icon drive at any Crazy Pita Rotisserie & Grill during the holiday season will go directly to benefit Project 150.

ABOUT PROJECT 150

Project 150 is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization that was organized in December 2011 when the founders Don Purdue and Pat Spargur heard about 150 homeless high school students at Rancho High School in Las Vegas that were in need of support over the Christmas Break. The effort has expanded to helping over 3,400 registered homeless and 3,100 non-registered homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged students in 59 high schools in Southern Nevada and 20 in Reno. www.project150.org
