Donations to help the Las Vegas Rescue Mission

A little can go a long way this holiday season. House of Blues Restaurant & Bar (inside Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino) invites Las Vegans to embrace the holiday spirit by helping House of Blues local charitable partner, Las Vegas Rescue Mission, during the ‘Feed the Souls’ food drive. From Nov. 11 – Dec. 11, House of Blues Restaurant & Bar will be collecting canned and non-perishable food items to give to the Mission to help them continue their work feeding the less fortunate in the community.

For every non-perishable item donated, guests will not only receive 30 percent off their purchase at House of Blues Restaurant & Bar, they will also be entered into the Feel Good Bonus Raffle to win amazing prizes including show tickets, House of Blues gear and more. Guests cannot use more than one promotion per person for dining, each guest is requested to provide a donation for the discount to apply to the entire group. Excludes alcohol, discount only applies to regular menu items and donation must be presented to server upon ordering. 

House of Blues Restaurant & Bar recently unveiled a new menu embracing its southern roots and comfort food classics. The new menu features a variety of appetizers including Jalapeño Cheese Cornbread, Nashville Hot Wings, and Pimento Cheese Dip; the Bayou and Foothills Flatbreads; Southern, Wedge, Steak, and Baby Kale Salads; and sandwiches including the Shrimp Po’boy and Smoked Brisket Sandwich.  House of Blues Restaurant & Bar also offers the Smokehouse menu which includes choice of Sliced Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken or Baby Back Ribs served on a platter with BBQ beans, slaw, bread and butter pickles, jalapeno-cheese cornbread and a selection of Carolina, Memphis, and Texas BBQ sauces.  For the BBQ-lovers, families of four can order the Fried Chicken Dinner or the Smokehouse Platter with all of the fixin’s. New sides include Cucumber-Tomato Salad, Braised Greens and Corn on the Cob.  For the sweet tooth, new dessert items include the Georgia Sundae and the Skillet Cookie.
