Find Your Family Fun in NW Las Vegas and Summerlin

Fall Festivals, Halloween Prep and more!

By Natalia Castro, MK Summerlin- NW Las Vegas Publisher October 2, 2015
Hello! I am SO excited for October. In my house it means the beginning of the holidays. I love decorating for Halloween, watching the scary movie classics and introducing my kids to the spooky family favorites, and of course all the fun of choosing costumes.

October also means that the weather starts to really feel like fall which means perfect festival weather! In the next weeks I will bring you information on all the family friendly festivals, pumpkin patches, and trunk or treats. This weekend Las Vegas is full of culture with the Greek Festival and the Pure Aloha Festival

The first week of October is also Fire Prevention Week. Kick off the conversation about fire safety at the Home Depot kid's workshop. Also, please read the article in this week's newsletter to learn about Fire Prevention, find activities to do with your kids, and find the fire station nearest to you.

Remember to check the Event Calendar throughout the week I'm always adding exciting events for kids and families to find their fun in Summerlin and NW Las Vegas!

Connect with me on FacebookInstaGram and Twitter to keep up to the minute with all the fun activities  :) While you're on Facebook remember to Like the Macaroni Kid Summerlin page and join the event page! This is YOUR resource so please feel free to comment or email me with any suggestions.
